The domestic section is aimed towards services for existing properties, the residential section is targeted at complete dwellings either new build or conversion and the commercial section shows the scope of our commercial services:-
Domestic
Building Surveys
We are able to carry out measured building surveys and provide drawings of your existing property, providing varying levels of detail from basic room sizes to full details showing window cill and head heights, door heights, floor to floor heights, direction of joists, details of roof construction, position of incoming services, drainage and more.
Conservatories
We are able to produce full plans and elevations, submitting on your behalf and obtaining planning permission from the local authority, as well as working with conservatory suppliers to make sure you get the conservatory you want.
Domestic Alterations
We are able to provide schematic and detailed drawings for internal alterations, submitting and obtaining building regulation approval and liaising with Contractors on your behalf to ensure you get the quality of work you require.
Domestic Extensions
We are able to provide full plans and elevations, submitting on your behalf and obtaining planning permission from the local authority, provide full building regulation and construction drawings obtaining full plans approval from the local authority, as well as working with Contractors to make sure you get the extension you want.
Garages & Outbuildings
We are able to provide full drawings for new detached or attached garages or outbuildings obtaining the necessary planning and building regulation approvals.
Loft Conversions
We are able to provide schematic and detailed drawings for loft conversions, maximising your properties true space potential, obtaining building regulation approval and liaising with Contractors on your behalf.
